How quickly can I expect delivery? We always intend to post as quickly as possible after receiving your order. This is usually between 1-3 days. If you've paid by cheque we let the cheque clear for 4 days before posting, and if you've ordered a house or door number it usually takes 7-8 days before we can post the item as there are a number of slow drying varnishing processes involved.
What are the payment options? Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, American Express), Debit Card, cheque, postal order, Paypal.
What if I am not from the United Kingdom? We can handle orders from almost anywhere in the work with few exceptions (Antarctica is one!). We charge a flat £5 shipping cost for international orders with no other costs, and send by airmail from the U.K. It takes about a week to reach most places by this method, though may take longer. We ask that you pay by credit card or Paypal only, please, as we struggle with foreign currency cheques which cost more to cash than the payment amount!
What should I do if the clock doesn't work? We always test the clock mechanisms for at least 24 hours before posting, but we find that occasionally the hands get dislodged slightly in transit, causing them to work erratically when the battery is put in. This is very easily fixed by firmly pressing the hands back on to the spindle - using fingernails rather than fingers would allow you to get to the lowest hands on the spindle without having to remove it. In the very rare instance that this doesn't solve the problem please return the clock to us for a replacement (but contact us first on ann@sunflowerclocks.net). How loud does the clock tick? We now supply all clocks with super quiet quality German quartz movements, which have an almost inaudible tick. If you need a clock with a pronounced tick we can do that also!
Does the clock include a battery? Yes!
Can I get a refund if I don't like the clock? Yes, return it to us for a full refund.
