Exchange and Refunds If in the unlikely instance, you find your purchase to be faulty, we ask that you contact us within a period of 7 days, and return the item within 28 days of delivery. We will then take appropriate action to either repair or replace the item. Your postal costs for returning faulty goods will be reimbursed to you, once we are satisfied that the product is faulty due to manufacturing process. Postal costs will only be refunded on faulty goods.
All purchases by you are covered by a 100% money back guarantee. If the product should be unsuitable in any way please contact us within 7 days and we will endeavour to take action to ensure you are delighted with your purchase.

At Anns Clock Shop we endeavour to publish as accurate information on our products as possible. However due to the fact that all products are hand-crafted there may be slight differences between images on the site and the product received.
Delivery At Anns Clock Shop we aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. We aim to get all orders processed and dispatched by the next working day, subject to availability. Some items are made to order, especially House Numbers, and may take up to a week to be dispatched. |
